During my studies, I became a teaching assistant to share what I had learned with the next batch of students and to get better at explaining complex subjects. I enjoyed it so much that in my final year I took on one of the most demanding courses, leading the TA team with a focus on planning, coordination, and course pacing.

  • Responsible for the Software Engineering Methods project where 450+ students work in groups to create a Spring application
  • Led and coordinated all 19 teaching assistants, setting standards for meetings, documentation, and feedback
  • Mediated intra-group conflicts, making group and grade adjustments where necessary

  • Supervised four groups of students, helping with: git usage, development, testing, and code quality in Java
