Data Engineer
- Designed and led the adoption of agentic AI workflows that automate data modeling end-to-end, cutting manual work by 90%
- Created a self-service framework that opened data modeling to 10x more colleagues, owning the full life cycle from inception through adoption
- Drove adoption through monthly workshops, turning a specialized task into a capability for non-engineering teams
- Coordinated cross-team data integration projects, aligning stakeholders on system design, data mappings, and transformation logic while implementing across multiple codebases
- Mentored new data engineers on programming, software design and testing practices
- Built end-to-end data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Python, Java, Spark, and Kafka
- Proposed and implemented tech stack improvements, strengthening scalability, monitoring and data correctness
